I don't have an answer for Todd and I did not want to hijack his thread. I find the truck he posted a link to very interesting.

Another with factory power steering. Has a PTO but no winch. The PTO lever is showing in the cab but not showing under the truck. I do not see a brake booster. Looks like a military oil filter. I would run the fuel line closer to the fender to get it away from the manifold.

Anyone know this truck?
