concerning my captcha code error dilemma

I have tried using yahoo instead of google. tried incognito mode. I have changed my security settings, cleared things out, switched to different IP address, restarted, etc. I have pretty much done everything I know except deleting then reloading chrome, or switching to Internet Explorer. For whatever reason, this website will not except a reply from this computer, except for a new topic. I am at a loss. Its almost like the website is recognizing me as a spammer. Bucky
