Mine was worse than that when I started. My first time doing one and it took me about a month of spare time. You'll probably have to shrink spots to get the oil can out of it but it is possible. I understand if you don't want to try though. It's mainly all open under there with is a huge plus in fixing. It's car show season so I'd suggest walking around some local ones and ask guys with street rods or customs. They would be your best bet in finding a quality guy willing to do it. Most good body guys welcome the chance to work on things that aren't rusted away. I assume an insurance job so find a good one.
