Speaking of this pushing past needle and seat with manual fuel pumps. I recently had the pin drift out of my manual pump as we have been talking about and replaced it with a new pump. Prior to this pump change my carburetor worked perfect ( original, rebuilt square top ) but since pump replacement the engine is loading up real bad now especially noticed at idle. I cant get it out with adjustment and was about to take carb. off and go through it again. This might be as you said a too much fuel pressure that needle and seat cant handle???? Do you think i should get a pressure regulator to check before go into carb. Thanks.
