Oil Pressure

When my 230 and 251 flatheads are first started and cold, the oil pressure gauge pops right up.
After a few miles and warm up with 30W oil, the oil pressure will still rise with half throttle--but, at idle seems to drop to 5 or less.
Is this OK ? On these older engines, whether rebuilt or having some age, are they still getting the pressure they need at idle ?
