The easiest way to get hard old rusted tires off the rim is to place it under the front bumper or bumperett. Use a bottle jack and short 1x1-1/2w x 1-1/2L pieces of wood. You might need to use a piece of wood under the jack if jack is to short.
Place the jack right next to the lock ring and start jacking. Once you jack the tire down, spray water between the rim and tire and place a block of wood between the tire and rim to hold the tire down, and release the jack.
Rotate the rim/tire and repeat the process working around the rim. You can separate any old tire using this process.
If you take them to a truck shop chances are they will use a hammer tire maul to try and separate while beating the crap out of your lock rings and rim. I took one tire w/rim in and they could not separated it. I used the method above and got it done.
