I have never seen a set of windshield wipers like that on a Dodge. Nor have I seen the tools mounted in the inside of the tailgate. It looks like a nice truck. I kind of agree with Kagi that it seems to be an earlier truck. The military numbers is lower than mine and mine is a 42. I will agree that military numbers are not great for dating.
