door components reassembly order

Since its been years since I removed the windows, latch and innards from my WC12 doors, I am stumped on the order of reassembly. This is the kind with a single window, no vent pane.
After installing the wrap around door soft door channel, do I replace the door latch or window winder then slide glass from the top? Or do I put in the window winder then door latch mechanism? Any and all help appreciated. The manual is of little help.
