Just finished reassembling my M2 today. Just a tidbit for anyone getting ready to assemble one be sure to put the engagement handle and drum brake assembly on the winch be for you put the drum and the outboard shaft bearing otherwise you can not get it on. I had to take the drum back off to get mine on. maybe save someone a half hours work.
