I have no problem with new technology. But what makes me mad is when the Government picks winners and losers by manipulating the market place. By artificially driving up fossil fuel costs and subsidizing solar panels is runs against the grain of free enterprise. I have no problem if the main stream media were honest with reporting. Nuclear power is NEVER in the mix for non-polluting electric generation. The true environmental impacts of solar and wind power are never discussed openly. How many square miles of land must be sacrificed for solar farms or birds chopped up by wind turbines or freeing up in the winter as in Texas last winter? Bottom line- no free lunch. Just let there be an honest free market and all impacts assessed. Just my opinion.
