Hello Howard,I had the same issue with mine. It has a 50 Plymouth car engine in it. No pcv valve . So I took the draft tube off and cut the tube off leaving about 1 1/2” to work with.Then I took a pipe thread bushing that fits inside the tube and welded it in.Then I converted the pipe thread to flare and installed a piece of steel tubing. Installed this unit pointing forward so it can be connected to vacuum at the manifold or carb.works good. No more smoke,smell, = fumes.If the motor is tired and making a lot of blow by you maybe gonna have more issues than this ,but it’s worth a try. Good luck.
