It is a swage block, but pretty new (20 years?). The anvil behind it is likely over a hundred and the big hammer on the left is 1938, made in the days of big, curvy castings.
Things like "old" anvils and swage blocks are 2x what the new, arguably better, new ones cost.
Call it antique and quadruple the the price.
