Picked up 60 acres.
Dairy farmer wants to rent the farm for milk cows
I convinced him to instead of paying me to plant 2 acres with blue corn pina criolla beans chayote camote tomatoes and chile this coming menguante after his cows eat the grass down to a nub before the dry season.
Once harvested I will plant balsa wood tightly spaced at the beginning of the rainy season who s shade will kill the grass and hopefully local grasses will come up between the trees for grazing!?!?!?!
Once up and the grass is dead will chop and drop leaving only the healthiest trees and plant fruit and lumber trees under the balsa
Once the fruit and lumber trees are well established will harvest the balsa(5 years)
Which according to the balsa experts 60 acres of balsa generates plus or minus 300000 in the 5 years!!!!???!?!?! Lol
