Cab to Frame Height

I am mounting my 57 K6-W300 on a doner frame and sending all my sheet metal out for final body and paint work. For purposes of alignment and fitment, I am using 5/8" all-thread to mount the cab to the frame. My question for the forum is, what is the approximate gap +/- between cab and frame?
