This appears to be an excellent offer for someone who can see that most of the heavy lifting has already been done.
Sure, like any restored classic, if you keep it, show it, drive it there's still much to improve.
You have to have started much deeper in the hole with one of these beauties to clearly see what an opportunity this is for the price.
