It is with a heavy heart that I must pass along the passing of a great old Power Wagon friend. Phil Bernard of Leland NC passed away peacefully this afternoon. This comes as very sad news as I just lost my wife last week. I have known Phil and his brother Benny for 35 years. He was a true gentleman and I will miss his friendship.
