My guess
The 16 in webs are cast as blanks in columbia
Then machined for the spindle they are going on. Be it a dana gm ford or pw or whatever else is running around in columbia.
In the case of the pw looks like the webs are drilled for and bolted to the stock drums stock studs
Interesting truck looks pretty cool with those wheels
