'01 Dodge Ram, PW hauler--electrical prob

My '01 Cummins 2500 has faithfully pulled my PWs to all rallies when I had one loaded.

Now I can't figure out why the electric windows, speedo, and AC blower motor are silent when the engine is running--but, seem to work fine with ignition key on but engine not running (Speedo--not moving of course).

I've tested fuses and circuit breakers and the ones I've tested seem OK. I didn't think a 20yr old Dodge would have a computer to cause this.
Any more suggestions ?
