No, and they haven't been for many years. That's why I started the petition. Bias ply traction tires are available in 15, 16, 16.5, 17, 17.5, 18, etc. but not 19.5. I can't imagine that 16.5, 17.5, and 18 are somehow that much more common or in demand. 19.5's should be available as well.
