Split rims , yes again. sorry

Hi guys,
I picked up some good tires this week, 35 inch Goodyears. They are mounted on rims that I am not familiar with they have a ring that appears to be continuous. I can visualize how the rings come off a normal Power Wagon Split rim but these are different. I have been told they came off a Town Wagon 4X4. Has any one worked with this style of rim? If so how does this ring come off.
The rims are a six-lug design if this helps identify them.
