Some differences I picked up so far are that the truck Hemis have different intake manifold port sizes, smaller valves (but designed for longer wear), 2BBL intake, 4 bolt exhaust flanges, and have different oil pan/pump configurations depending on year and application. I am investigating using Ray Suiter's V8 (318/360) conversion kit and am optimistic. Also I have been informed the stock 230 radiator requires replacing or upgrading. Sorry for the lack of detail... I am just starting out on this adventure. Hope this all makes sense and helps in some small way :) Oh yea, I have also been warned to proceed with extreme caution: 354 HEMI + stock FlatFender drivetrain = broken driveshafts, U-joints, transmission failures, etc... & now you've been warned! Mine will probably go in this fall.
