Crew Cab flat fender

Hey guys, I'm seriously considering building a crew cab flat fender....does anyone have GOOD pictures of the inside of one of the few crew cabs around?
Especially floor, roof & door pillar structure pictures.
I've been told the cab mounts were over the rear spring shackles but that's about all I know so far.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
