If there is anyone who has gotten tired of the rat race to keep out viruses out please consider switching to Linux.
Yes you do have to learn different ways to do things - this crowd has never seemed to have a problem with being different.
Yes changing can take time and effort - again folks here seem to be willing to do some work to get some gain.
Linux has a lot of features built in to prevent virus type problems. The cost is not high (from $0.00 to $120.00) I use SuSE Linux (www.suse.com) - $80.00 for 7 cd's of software. Tons of great software. The GNU GPL license and lots of great people is what make linux possible.
For anyone interested read :
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/licenses.html#GPL
and compare it to the shrink-wrap license most computers are licensed under (see your computer vendor - Microsoft, Sun, HP, Apple, etc)
have a great day
