That is usually a Low voltage condition in the Ign. circuit.
Check for corrosion or bad connection at the coil, both primary and secondary leads,
And at the Dist. Cap.
Also could be switch contacts.
Measure static voltage at the coil with key on, then start cranking while checking the amount of voltage drop at coil.
