Yes he is for taking an empty radio head and turning it into a fully functioning radio
with all the modern features is just what I was looking for. Joe at MCR conversions is
a talented guy. Out of 5 outfits that do these conversions he was the only one who
said he thought he could convert it and make use of the momentary push buttons.
