Release bearing

How do you install a release bearing? I purchased a new bearing and pressed it in the collar so that it is flush. Does the bolt that holds the spring need adjustment? If so what is the procedure? Should a small amount of grease be put on the inner portion of the bearing and/or face? What about the collar? Fork? This is for a 58 FFPW. Thanks
