You should have 8 spacer washers 2" inches in dia. for the top and bottom of the insulators. The spacer is installed with the tube going down. There is no shimming of the TC for alignment. I can't find any image that shows how everything fits unfortunately. I have a 2" washer between the spacer and TC bracket but I'm not sure that is correct.
