I have 4 boys and they are all different in terms of customer service to us, the parents. So if your own flesh and blood can be so different, so can companies. There is an animal feed store that is a real dive but it is in the neighborhood of my my son and I. He has been going there for a couple years. One day he went in an no one was around. He took the bag of feed and left the money on the counter with a note. The owner or relative saw him before he left and banned him from the store. He asked me to to pick up a bag of feed for him if at my leisure which I didn't mind. after I past the guy on the front porch with a quart bottle of beer and inside reeking of pot smoke, I got him his feed. I would never go there myself and would travel the 7 miles to the clean, neighborly store with a 38 Ford flatbed out front.
