That is an area that is pron to cracks . It looks like you have the fasteners installed properly. If the manifold cooled or heated evenly,then I would believe it was the modification for the turbo that contributed to the failure. I would weld it with a nickle based rod. Ni 55 stick rod is a good one. The welding method is important.Follow it and you will be successful. You may need to cut the mating surface to get true enough to bolt to your block. Flatness is critical check that your intake aligns with the exhaust as well. If you can machine it as an assembly it is a plus.
