we travel in good circles. at the same time i met bob in person, i met sid beck and dave anwell over the phone. sid was a great guy to deal with and dave anwell sent hand written letters with each order. he had perfect penmanship and he drew pictures of how things went toghether. i believe he was in the aircraft trade, maybe a pilot.... i also met dave cirillo, dennis sherman and john bizal some time later. i regard these guys as the future "bob stahl's' of the hobby. i haven't met too many guys in this hobby that weren't great.....
