Thanks to all who responded on what this truck is.

I 'think' Chris is probably correct a AA Ford. Today I did a lot of searching for AA Ford Panels, but did not find a exact copy. I did learn that some aftermarket companies also built the Panel Body to put on the AA Ford Chassis. Maybe some day I will find a picture for absolute ID. In fact this truck could have been a large group buy by the US Navy. The Navy had a large presence on American Samoa as a Coaling Station. And that presence grew after Pearl Harbor with the addition a few thousand Marines.
