Manf. tend to use least amount of castor to
Help with steering to return to center easily.
The more castor added makes for steadier Front wheels to a point, then the wheels tend to Dart one way or another as castor
Is increased purposely, or through Squatting
Of the rear from loading.
The trick is finding a happy medium.
I have corrected several straight axle trucks by adding 1 to 2 deg. Positive castor.
