Ok, you're using Clint's page. Here are the Timken/National Oil Seal Specs for 924432 that I use:

Here is the spec for the 480630
1.500 2.062 2.066 0.250
As you can see, the 480991 housing is a wider seal, closer to the width of the original leather seal which may be more of what you're looking for - see link. Personally, I prefer the wider seal to thinner ones, both seals will work, the wider will hold better, less likely to spin in the trunnion - comfort feeling :=)
You can use a double lip seal, but you can't see if the outter lip folds under when you slide the axle in so I avoid using them in an application where I can't see the seal - personal preference.
