I don't think it would go on the standard F450/F550 rollback made for auto/light truck. It would have to go on a rollback that's on a bigger chassis, like a Kenworth or a Freightliner-trucks that are used to haul construction/farm equipment. And, no, I don't think it would be under 14 feet tall on a rollback. But using a rollback to dig it out would at least get you to a point where you could put it on a trailer.
