That’s what I did with my trucks. I had to do the doors and ignition. I replaced the door lock and then had to have a key made for the ignition then had the door lock rekeyed to match the ignition. This would be the first choice and the lower cost option unless the locksmith is outrageously expensive. I would take the ignition switch to a good locksmith and have a key made then take the key home and try it in the door.
You could also buy a new set which has lock cylinders for both the ignition and door lock with the matching key. Not cheap. The ignition cylinder is simple to change the door lock can be difficult if the set screw is rusted in place.
