You can trust the PIF. If NAPA pulls a cylinder off the shelf, one side will say 1-1/4, the other 1-3/8 which is correct for the FFPW. NAPA and other suppliers parts database are not always accurate nor include FFPW vehicles listed for parts specifically identified for them. Let me prove my point, the FFPW right WC Dodge Part number is 1271510 and if you search on the NAPA site, it comes up UP9376, the left WC is 1271511 which comes up UP9375. The brakes hoses although will work, they are not wrapped with steel armoring you'll need to go to MWM or VPW for those.
I'm not going say that everything in the PIF is 100% correct, I use the part numbers in Dodge Part books to cross-reference to the most current part available, which doesn't always cross-reference to the part I'm looking for, however, the PIF is a good place to start when looking for parts locally.
