One caution I would offer is for you to check out the diesel forums. I finally got rid of my 2012 2500 SRW Cummins 6.7 with manual shift because the emissions equipment was a nightmare. You must have the Cummins engine reader and that costs tens of thousands for shops and is not practical for private owners. My takeaway from reading prior to moving on to a gas engine was if you use the truck all the time and work it the clogging from diesel exhaust recycle is not a major problem, but, if you use it lightly and on short runs they gum up. I had it and decided to dump it so at least read the forums so you can make the correct decision for yourself.
