Put grease in the cavity in the bushing. Then take a solid rod that tightly fits the bushing insert it and tap with a hammer. This will drive grease behind the bushing and it should come out. You may have to add more grease. Some people use an old transmission input shaft to drive the grease in. I would try a clutch alignment tool with the correct size adapter to drive the grease in.
