Are asking if the insets are the same on 7.50x16 wheels on military 1/2-ton Dodge and civilian 1-ton Power-Wagons?

If so, no. The military 7.50x16 wheels have enough inset to allow them to be dualed. The civilian 7.50x16 wheels do not have as much inset.
