Oh, there are designs where steel on steel is correct, for example, Cat steel tracks, wheel and sprocket, bearings, etc. Take a look at the front bumper, front winch angle iron, bumper brackets, and cable guides to see if any are bent. Bumper and angle iron s/b vertical to the truck, no angles. Cable guides should have a nice round curve to them to match the drum ends. If the cable guides have a gap at the top, but rub at the ends, guides may be bent. Something is bent and s/b corrected if possible.
