After Marcel and I finished his M37 truck, he gave me some 2/0 welding cable to re-cable mine. At the link are 4 images, click right, 1/0 automotive cable, 2/0 welding cable, a comparison of size, and my truck re-cabled. All connectors were end smashed, dimpled using a blunt punch, soldered, sealed using silicone, and taped. The result is instant starting, unbelievable.
