The bat noise reduction you can do is to put sound deadening material on all inside cab sheet metal and under the floors. Then put 3/8inch rubber mats on the floors and over the trans hump and especially under the seat. Then put 2 layers of sound deadening on the firewall. Then you can worry about the minor rattles.
