Hemi of that vintage is 200hp in the other Chris Crafts. The Crusader dusts them. I’m not saying the Hemi can’t be made faster & better...but it wasn’t in those days. I have a Chris Craft book...they call it the Chris Craft Bible. Not only was the Crusader the top engine...there was a Ford motor that was the #2 choice however I imagine they blew up :)
