Bill and his wife Gina always keep the lid on the San Luis crew, I remember Ken W telling me early on in the rally that when the SLO crew started feeling their oats late at night a few words to Bill and it was taken care of.
Now that same crew has grown over the years and has taken up a lot of the responsibility of running and improving the rally each year.
Bill was the quiet type until he got to know you , he always had good stories about what he had been working on over the last year and it was always a treat to see what he brought the the rally each year, and he was probably the best navigator for Bonnie in the blind rodeo, which they won a lot.
I’m sure next year we will see Bill at the slide show after the Saturday night dinner
Thanks to the McKee family for all their contributions over the past years in making the rally what it has become
