The right hand wiper was a option on early
Trucks.
I think sometime in the fifties it became standard but not sure when.
Same for the Right mirror and tail light.

Bosch electric wipers were also a option but
Few received them.

Sounds like a previous owner of your truck Converted the left to electric, but not the right.
