Anyone have a source for Speedy Sleeve?

I need 2 speedy sleeves for the front axle spindles on my M37. Sleeve #99281. I "bought" 2 on ebay and they never showed up. No one in the Denver area has any, and NAPA can't find any in their system. Help!
