I've seen this truck in person about 6 years ago. Dennis Sherman, Fred Lance and I got it running after sitting for years. Its in great condition. The body is one of the best I've seen. The frame is starting to separate a bit, but relatively solid. At the time we figured it was worth about $8k-$9k, but he wouldn't accept our offer. Nice truck over all though,if you had an extra frame.
