OT: mep 005a 30kw generator problem

The guys at steel soldiers are helping me troubleshoot a generator issue - the run switch is off but fuel pump is powered on, and the circuit breaker light stays on. The usual suspects (S2 switch and k1 relay) tested good, wondering if anyone else here runs one of these machines. Thanks!
