Shreaded coconut in the vacuum sealed can (from Bakers, I think, a little blue can). It appears plastic bags is it now days, just not the same. Man Oh man... I am hoping someone spots it in an ACME somewhere and can ship me a case ;) Ed in San Mateo, Ca.
