Is W-100 to W-200 conversion simple, with 8 lug wheels alrea

I have a '67 W-100 with 3/4 ton running gear already, ordered that way from the factory. Do I just need to change the leaf springs to upgrade it? I have a utility bed on it (locking cabinets!) and it is a bit heavy.
